Carv ⛷️
I've been working with Carv for over 3 years now, a revolutionary ski tech wearable for skiers of any level. Carv ski boot inserts have motion and pressure sensors that analyse a skier's technique and provide personalised coaching via a mobile app.
The Carv app analyses data from Carv's ski boot inserts to provide real-time coaching, progress tracking, and a community for skiers. It offers features such as video analysis, drills, and challenges to improve technique and engagement.

Project summary
Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of being able to create work with Carv. This season was the most exciting one yet.
Whilst there was huge intrugue built around the brand, there were a few barriers to purchase for consumers. The challenge? Carv had made great tracks, but skiers were failing to believe the products claims. Moreover, the complexity of the product left people feeling confused, rather than confident that it would transform their skiing.
In order to overcome this challenge, I refreshed the look & feel for the brand - using techniques such as rotoscoping and displaying UI to showcase the breadth of what the app can do.
The results? 123% YoY growth, 57% Increase of sales, 3.6M Video views and 93% people had 100% thruplay
The client also requests, year after to year, to have me working on the account - a true testament to the great working relationship I build with each of my clients.
